SPAMと認識されていたので、誤って消すところでした（汗

メールの内容は以下の通りです。

Thank you for purchasing Lenovo ThinkPlus Maintenance Services for your
Lenovo Products.

It is imperative that the reseller representative and/or end user
customer responsible for the Lenovo ThinkPlus Maintenance Service
activation receive this email. The end user will not receive the
purchased service unless the registration process is followed within 30
days of purchase.

To register your Lenovo ThinkPlus Maintenance Services, please complete
the following:

-Detach the CSV file attached in this email.
-For each separate service purchased and listed in the attached file,
fill in the machine type and serial number of the machine to be covered
by the ThinkPlus Maintenance Service.
-Save the file in the original CSV format.
-Return the email to service1_jp@lenovo.com with the completed CSV file
attached.
-Lenovo will register the Lenovo ThinkPlus Maintenance Services

はっきり言って初心者に優しくないです。
英語苦手な人ならメール読まないで捨てちゃうでしょ？
そもそもFAXに以下の必要事項書いて送ったのに、添付のCSVファイルに書いて返送しろ、って二度手間やん(-_-;

• Machine Type
• Serial No.
• Hardware Purchase Date
• E-Mail Address

Thinkpad X61の保守を契約したときはこんなに面倒ではなかったんだけどなぁ。
